Instead of sending an email upon febootimail execution, it is possible to save it for later use into an .eml file using the SAVEEML argument. EML is an extension for email files.
Command syntax
- febootimail -SAVEEML filename.eml
- febootimail -SAVEEML "C:\mail messages\
email.eml"
EML files contain both email header fields and user provided email content. An EML file should include TO, FROM, SUBJECT and other fields. The saved messages can be reused later both in the Command line email utility and other email clients that support the EML file format.
febootimail -SAVEEML email-file.eml -FROM ed@example.com -TO scarlett@example.net -TEXT Email saved to an EML file instead of being instantly sent to recipient
Besides document and image attachments, the .eml file may contain other .eml files as attachments. Modern email apps display those attachments as embedded emails.
