The DOUPDATE (or LU) command forces the Command Line Email tool to check for the updates whenever it is executed.
Command syntax
- febootimail -DOUPDATE
- febootimail -LU
By default Command Line Email checks for updates automatically once a day. The check is performed upon febootimail execution. Information message is shown in the console, if a new version is available. Also, the Update window is shown in versions before v6.0.
febootimail -SERVER smtp.example.net -FROM ed@example.net -TO julia@example.com -TEXT Send a mail and force the update checking -DOUPDATE
