After Open Document Action completes, some details of its performance are retained in dynamic Variable Wizard values. These dynamic values can be used by any subsequent Action within the same Task as a parameter specifying its operations.

Document Returns the name of the document that was opened (or operated on).
Examples:
  • C:\CustomCRM\App\ReportRunner.repo
  • \\storage.local\Kiosk mode\Choose Table.html
  • D:\Invoices\2024\Invoice-000245.pdf
  • C:\SQL\DailyScripts\DB-Cleanup.sql
Performed operation Returns a value indicating the type of operation performed with the file.
Examples:
  • (Default)
  • Open
  • Print
  • Run
Completion statusRetrieve Action execution status with a possible value—Successful or Failed. Or Empty, if Action has not been executed yet.
