After deleting a Windows registry value, the Delete Registry Value Action retains the name of deleted value, the name of the key in which it was located, and Completion status. These dynamic values can be automatically retrieved by other Actions of the same Task and used as their parameters.

Value name Returns the name of deleted registry value.
Examples:
  • ExampleName
  • AnotherName
Key name Returns the name of the registry key in which the deleted value was located.
Examples:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\App\Cfg
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Program\Data\
Completion statusRetrieve Action execution status with a possible value—Successful or Failed. Or Empty, if Action has not been executed yet.
