Overview
The Could not add file error message indicates that the Zip Files Action has failed to add a particular file to the archive. Either the file is specified incorrectly (e.g., file mask do not match any files) or the file is not accessible due to insufficient access rights, disk error or inaccessibility of network drive.

See an example of the Could not add file Event message:
- Task "Financial Statement Compilation" Action "Zip Files" could not add file "C:\invoices\*.pdf". Problem with path: "C:\invoices\out\prepare\". Access is denied. [os:5; aw:7]
Solution
Verify whether the specified path and file exists and is accessible with provided user credentials.
