Some possible causes are—Specified file name or path contains characters that are not allowed in folder name; Specified file is read-only; The user account that executes Automation Workshop has no permission to write files in specified path; Local or network destination disk is not accessible or is read only.

Solution

Verify whether specified path or file name does not contain characters that are not allowed in file name. Check if specified file is read-only.

Login with administrator account to set appropriate permissions. To set permissions, open Security tab in specified folder properties, choose user account on which Automation Workshop is executed and mark necessary checkboxes. Verify if destination drive and location is accessible and is not read only.
