Overview
The error indicates that particular Action of indicated Task tried to apply nonstandard incompatible date and time to exclude files from processing.
Cause
A possible cause is that the exclude date field has been damaged by manually editing Task file.
Solution
Open Action properties Exclude tab of indicated Task to change specified file date & time to compatible format.
