Overview
The error indicates that Automation Workshop has failed to initialize Windows sockets. This indicates a system state which renders Automation Workshop fully or partially inoperative.

Cause
A possible cause is that the system is very low on resources, such as kernel objects or memory. As a solution, try to restart the computer. If the problem persists, contact system administrator.
Notes
If error message Only one usage of each socket address (protocol, network address or port) is normally permitted (10048) occurred, it means that some other program is already using specified port. Try changing Automation Workshop port in options.
