Overview

Service event warning indicates that the user has not configured FROM, TO or SMTP server parameter. By default Automation Workshop email settings are filled with example values that have to be changed upon initial configuration of the software.

Solution

To change Automation Workshop default email settings, open Options from the Tools menu and verify necessary parameters in Email and Advanced email options tabs.
