Overview
The error indicates that the Text to Speech Action has failed to convert text to speech.
Cause
Most likely there is no playback audio device available, or your system has no voices installed.
Solution
Verify that the Windows default audio device is enabled and working properly. And make sure that at least 1 voice is installed. To add a voice, open Windows Speech settings. Under Manage voices section, use Add voices button. The new voice will download and be ready for use in a few minutes. After the voice package is added, system reboot is required · see supported languages and voices.
