Overview
The error indicates that Show Message Action has failed to successfully display the message window. Most likely, the failure to display the message window is connected with inability to properly retrieve dynamic Variable Wizard values.
Solution
Verify whether all necessary dynamic Variable Wizard values are retrievable when performing the Show Message Action.
Event examples
See some examples of the Show Message failed Event messages:
- Action "Show Message" failed. Error: Class not registered.
- Showing a modal dialog box or form when the application is not running in UserInteractive mode is not a valid operation. Specify the ServiceNotification or DefaultDesktopOnly style to display a notification from a Service application.
Note
If no specified user was logged in (i.e., the user desktop was not opened) there is no environment for displaying the Show Message dialog box.
