Overview
The error message Failed on Service info indicates that the Service Information Action has failed to obtain properties of the specified Windows service. Additional reasons for the failure are displayed along the error message.

- Task "Query Essential Services" Action "Service Information" failed on "SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER)". The specified service does not exist. [os:1243; aw:4]
- Action "Service Information" failed on "SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER)". The specified service does not exist as an installed service. [os:1060; aw:35]
Syntax reminder
The Service Information Action may fail with a "syntax" error if no input is provided (an empty string) or some special characters (symbols that are not allowed in service names) are used. See an actual error message:
