Overview

The error Event Connection not found indicates that the specified connection to a remote server/cloud is invalid or not found.

Event examples

See some examples of the Connection not found Event messages:

  • Task "Secure sync" Action "Upload File" connection "My SFTP Connection" not found. Use "Connect to" Action to connect to Cloud or FTP server.
  • Connection "My Amazon S3 Connection" not found. Use "Connect to" Action to connect to Cloud or FTP server.
  • Trigger "DigitalOcean Spaces Watcher" connection "My Digital Connection" not found.
  • Connection "My SFTP Connection" not found. Use "Connect to SFTP" Action.
  • Connection "My FTP Connection" not found. Use "Connect to FTP" Action.
  • Connection "My 2nd Google Connection" not found.
  • Connection "My WebDAV Connection" not found.

Solution

Review your Task to ensure that your workflow includes at least one Connection Action with a connection name matching the name specified in your Trigger or Action.

Generic Actions, such as, Upload File, Download File, and similar are compatible with any Connection Actions. Specialized Actions, such as Remote FTP Command and Remote SSH Command require a connection to the corresponding server type, such as, Connect to FTP and Connect to SFTP.
