Overview

The error message indicates that Amazon S3 Watcher Trigger failed to connection to the remote server. Connection is not established. Any file monitoring on remote server will not be performed until reconnection attempt is made.

Solution

Amazon S3 Watcher uses credentials from associated Connect to Amazon S3 Action, and Event 322400 explains in greater detail on how to fix this connection problem.
