Specify the archive file to be uncompressed to destination folder. Unzip Files Action extracts stored files along with the folder structure.

Examples:
  • C:\Archives\2024_Financial_Reports.zip
  • \\files.lan\EmployeeRecords\HR.tar.gz
Destination folder Specify the folder to put the contents of archive in.
Archive type Choose the archive file type:
  • Auto detect · determine the archive type by the file extension.
  • Zip · assume the archive is in the most popular zip format.
  • Tar · archive is in uncompressed tar (tape archive) format.
  • Tar.gz · archive file is in tar, compressed with gzip.
  • Tar.bz2 · archive file is in tar, compressed with bzip2.
  • gz · the archive is in gzip format.
  • bz2 · the archive is in bzip2 format.
