The Clear Remote Directory Action's default behavior is to completely empty a specified directory by deleting all files and subdirectories. Alternatively, you can choose to remove only files while leaving subdirectories intact.
Options | Details |
---|---|
Simply delete directory contents | Empty the specified directory of all files and subdirectories, while preserving the directory itself on the remote server. |
Just remove files from directory without touching subdirectories | When selecting this option, Automation Workshop removes all files directly within the chosen directory without deleting or modifying any subdirectories or their contents. This allows you to clear files from a directory while preserving its organizational structure. |
This Action is enabled | An Action is executed only if it is enabled. Otherwise, it will be automatically skipped (completely ignored) from the Task flow. |
Use custom display name | Rename this Action, to make a human-readable workflow that will help you to find, read, and make sense of the Task structure later. |
Advanced fallback options | Manage the advanced fallback options—select which error types will lead to automatic execution of predefined workaround operations. |
Log only errors | Do not log information and warning messages for this Action. It may be useful to keep the log file small and tidy on production systems. |
